Comfort food, made the Simply French way. We cut chicken tenderloin into generous nugget-sized pieces, marinate it in buttermilk and our house spice blend, then hand-dredge each piece in seasoned unbleached flour for a crisp, craggy coating. The nuggets are fried in beef tallow- never any seed oil 

Served with roasted fingerling potato wedges prepared with olive oil, fresh fruit, and served with that familiar creamy, tangy, peppery dipping sauce everyone loves, made our way with our house avocado-oil mayo.

Each regular meal also includes a Sweet Note Bakery chocolate chip cookie made with real butter, real eggs, unbleached flour, and a European blend of chocolates.

This isn’t just a kids’ meal—it’s a satisfying everyday lunch made for kids, teens, and adults alike.

Nugget count may vary because each piece is hand-cut and naturally different in size. Every meal is portioned by weight for consistency.

NEW: Gluten-Free-Friendly Option! The same buttermilk-marinated popcorn chicken you love, hand-breaded with dedicated gluten-free flour and fried in separate beef tallow that is never used for our regular breaded chicken.

We take precautions to reduce cross-contact with gluten, including keeping the flour and frying tallow separate. Prepared in a shared kitchen that also handles wheat, so we cannot guarantee the absence of gluten.

Each GF meal includes a gluten-free brownie instead of the chocolate chip cookie.
