Pork Carnitas Enchiladas Verdes

One of our customer favorites just got even better.

Each serving includes two flour tortillas filled with our slow-braised pork carnitas and a blend of melted cheese. Our carnitas recipe hasn’t changed—we still braise the pork low and slow with cumin, fresh orange juice, cilantro, garlic, and warm spices until it’s fork-tender, then finish it in the oven to create those irresistible crispy edges.

The difference is in the assembly. We now mix our house-made roasted tomatillo green sauce directly into the pork and cheese filling before rolling the enchiladas, creating an even juicier, more flavorful bite from edge to edge. They’re then topped with additional green sauce and just the right amount of cheese before baking.

Our signature salsa verde is made from roasted tomatillos blended with fresh cilantro, cotija cheese, and cream for a bright, rich flavor that reheats beautifully from frozen.
