We start with chicken breast or tenderloin, marinated for a full 36 hours in our house blend of olive oil, fresh garlic, basil, oregano, lemon juice, and white wine. That long marinade isn’t just for flavor — it ensures your chicken is consistently tender, juicy, and never dry.
The chicken is then beautifully roasted and finished with a silky tarragon cream sauce — delicate, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
On the side, you’ll find our creamy mashed potatoes, whipped smooth and rich, made the traditional way.
And instead of standard green beans, we serve French haricots verts — thinner, more delicate, and naturally snappier. They’re sautéed in garlic, olive oil, and butter with a touch of lemon, then topped with roasted almonds for a subtle crunch.
