Our Chicken or Shrimp Piccata is bright, comforting, and packed with fresh flavor — a lighter take on a classic Italian favorite.
We start by marinating our chicken tenderloins for up to 36 hours with herbs, garlic, lemon, and white wine before lightly pounding, delicately dredging in flour, and pan-searing until golden. The chicken is then finished in a fresh lemon white wine piccata sauce with capers and fresh herbs for the perfect balance of richness and brightness.
Prefer seafood? Substitute grilled shrimp for an equally fresh and flavorful option.
Served with your choice of seasoned orzo tossed in our house-made garlic olive oil blend, or zoodles for a lighter option, alongside roasted broccoli on the side.
