If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend leaving a cooler or insulated bag with ice packs at your front door. Please note: a cooler without ice can actually trap heat and act like an oven — which is the opposite of what you want!

We use this same insulated bag with ice packs for safe transport from our kitchen to your door.

• If you’re home shortly after delivery or the meals are being brought inside right away, you’re likely fine without leaving anything out.
• But if you’re not sure, better safe than sorry — pop a few ice packs in a cooler or grab one of our Simply French insulated bags to keep everything cool and safe.

If you leave a cooler or insulated bag by your front door, our drivers will happily transfer your meals from our bag into yours — so your food stays protected and fresh until you get home.
