St. Patrick’s Day doesn’t have to be just one day a year.

You can enjoy it every week in March leading up to the actual day 🍀

We cook our corned beef brisket sous vide, slow-cooking it in its own juices for maximum tenderness and flavor. The result? Juicy, melt-in-your-mouth corned beef — never dry, never chewy.

This batch is cooked with a Guinness & mustard marinade for rich, deep flavor.

For our gluten-free friends, the Guinness is omitted — still just as delicious and gluten-free friendly.

And no… those aren’t just mashed potatoes.

These are Colcannon Irish Mashed Potatoes — creamy potatoes mashed with garlic and cream, folded with green cabbage and spinach, then topped with crisp bacon and butter. A loaded Irish classic and the perfect pairing for our brisket.
