Beef tips and carrots in gravy with egg wide noodles or GF pasta with carrots

Beef tips are slowly cooked in a sauce made of onions, carrots, celery, red wine, and more until a melt-in-your-mouth texture is attained! To soak up all of the juices of our luscious gravy, egg wide noodles  will be served on the side with maple glazed carrots to counterbalance the earthy tones of the beef tips.

This dish is gluten free friendly when choosing gf pasta 

Serving/ person : 5 oz of cooked beef, 1 cup of egg wide noodles , 3 oz cooked carrots
