Bolognese sauce (frozen)

This base recipe is the same one we use for our lasagna Bolognese. Our house-made tomato sauce, enriched with well-seasoned ground beef, is the ideal make-ahead meal stored in the freezer. Simply combine it with pasta, and voilà! It's also suitable for a gluten-free diet.
