The chicken tenderloin is delicately pounded and pan-seared for a beautifully golden exterior and tender bite and the salmon is oven roasted.

All options are accompanied by comforting buttermilk mashed potatoes and steakhouse-style creamed spinach — a perfect blend of rich cream and vibrant spinach with just the right seasoning.The star of the dish, our green peppercorn sauce, is a traditional French creation featuring whole green peppercorns simmered with cream for a luxurious, velvety finish. Unlike black peppercorns, green peppercorns are milder, offering a pleasant pop of flavor without overwhelming heat — just the right balance of savory richness with a subtle peppery kick. The sauce is served on the side, so you can add as much or as little as you like.
