All options are accompanied by comforting buttermilk mashed potatoes and steakhouse-style creamed spinach — a perfect blend of rich cream and vibrant spinach with just the right seasoning.The star of the dish, our green peppercorn sauce, is a traditional French creation featuring whole green peppercorns simmered with cream for a luxurious, velvety finish.
