Crisp green leaf lettuce topped with Southwest-style marinated grilled chicken breast , roasted corn, black beans, and fresh tomatoes. Finished with toasted pepitas for crunch and crumbled cotija cheese. Served with a generous 3.5 oz side of our smoky house-made chipotle ranch, crafted in-house with our own avocado oil mayo, so you can dress it just the way you like.

A note about our salads

We are aware of the current cyclosporiasis outbreak linked to recalled iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico.

Simply French Texas does not use iceberg lettuce or any lettuce blend containing iceberg. As an additional precaution, we are temporarily sourcing verified hydroponically grown lettuce while the investigation remains active.

Hydroponic lettuce is grown without soil, with its roots receiving nutrients through a controlled water-based system. Although no growing method can eliminate every food-safety risk, hydroponic production can offer a more controlled growing environment.

Cyclosporiasis is an intestinal illness caused by the microscopic Cyclospora parasite, which can contaminate fresh produce through unsafe water or handling. The current recall does not involve all lettuce.

We are continuing to verify our suppliers and the origin of every lettuce delivery because your safety—and our own—is not something we take lightly.
