We marinate tender boneless chicken thighs in our sweet and savory Huli Huli sauce—a Hawaiian-style barbecue marinade. The chicken is grilled until juicy and beautifully caramelized with lightly charred edges, then rested and sliced.
Served with egg fried rice, peas and carrots. Pineapple pieces are placed on top for a sweet tropical twist, making them easy to remove if preferred. Finished with a mini brownie for dessert.
The entire meal—including the brownie—is gluten-free friendly.
