We took the same beautifully balanced base as our Lemon Poppy Seed Bread—minus the poppy seeds—and folded in plenty of juicy blueberries. The result is an incredibly moist loaf with bright, tangy lemon, just the right amount of sweetness and bursts of blueberry in every slice.
Made with avocado oil—never seed oils—and sold as a generous one-pound loaf. Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon treat or dessert when you need a little something sweet.
Enjoy it fresh, or wrap it tightly in cellophane and store it in the freezer for up to one month. Slice off a piece whenever the craving strikes, allow it to thaw and enjoy!
