This crowd-pleasing comfort meal starts with our signature beef bites trio—a combination of New York strip, ribeye, and beef sirloin. The steaks are sous vide for exceptional tenderness, then seared to create a beautiful crust before being finished with our rich and decadent creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
On the side, you’ll find our house-made potato croquettes. We start with creamy mashed potatoes, fold in plenty of cheddar cheese, hand-roll each croquette, coat them in seasoned panko breadcrumbs, and fry them until perfectly golden and crisp. And yes, we fry them—but only in avocado oil. Just like everything else we make, there are no seed oils in this dish.
To round out the plate, we serve French green beans tossed in our homemade garlic confit olive oil, adding a fresh, savoury balance to the richness of the steak and croquettes.
