Elegant, fresh, and full of flavor — our pears are poached in a sweet Port wine blend and served over a bed of crisp mixed greens. Choose your protein: tender grilled chicken or 4 oz Altantic salmon, and your cheese: creamy feta or bold Gorgonzola. Topped with toasted walnuts and dried cranberries for the perfect balance of texture and sweetness, and served with our house-made champagne vinaigrette on the side.
Served in an individual 40 oz salad container with 3.25 oz dressing on the side.
