This crowd-pleasing comfort meal starts with our signature beef bites trio—a combination of New York strip, ribeye and beef sirloin. The steaks are sous vide for exceptional tenderness, then seared to create a beautiful crust and served with our rich, velvety cognac and shallot cream sauce.
The cognac is cooked down and used to create depth of flavour rather than a strong alcoholic taste, making the sauce smooth, balanced and suitable for the whole family.
On the side, you’ll find our house-made potato croquettes. We start with creamy mashed potatoes, fold in plenty of cheddar cheese, hand-roll each croquette, coat it in seasoned panko breadcrumbs and fry it until perfectly golden and crisp. And yes, we fry them—but only in avocado oil. Just like everything else we make, there are no seed oils in this dish.
To balance all that richness, we add French green beans tossed in our homemade garlic confit olive oil.
