Our April board is all about discovery and indulgence. We’re showcasing a curated selection of artisan cheeses, blending beloved classics with bold newcomers. Get introduced to the smoky kick of Beemster Hatch Chili, or dive into the colorful layers of Saxonshire—a striking English cheese made of Cheddar, Red Leicester, Cheshire, Double Gloucester, and Derby. We’re also featuring Tête de Moine, beautifully shaved into delicate rosettes, and a subtly sweet Wensleydale with Apricots.

To balance the board, we’ve paired these with familiar favorites like Brie, Manchego, and Gouda. Our cured meat selection includes Uncured Abruzzese and Sopressata, adding a savory punch to every bite. Seasonal fresh fruit, dried fruit, and the crunch of cornichons round out the flavors—but as always, the true star is the cheese.

This arrangement  is served on a 12 inch round disposable board . Crackers are sold separately. 
With 20 oz of cheese and 6 oz of cured meats, this board is perfect to share with 5/6 people
