Our Founder

From the Brie region of France to Texas, Emmanuelle has always believed that food is more than a meal - it's a way to connect, comfort, and celebrate. Her career began as a food and beverage manager at Disney World, where she honed her eye for detail, quality, and quest experience. In 2018, she founded Simply French, a catering and meal-prep company built on her passion for bringing families together through nourishing, flavorful dishes crafted with French culinary principles.

Our Journey

At Simply French, we are committed to fresh, natural ingredients and scratch-made meals that reheat beautifully and taste like home. Emmanuelle's experiences across France, the Middle East, and the U.S. shaped a menu that blends global influences with timeless French techniques. What began as meal prep for busy families quickly extended into tailored catering for schools, nonprofits, businesses, and private celebrations. Today, Simply French is known not only for its wholesome meals but also for its signature cheese and charcuterie boards, rooted in Emmanuelle's Brie heritage and curated to invite every guest to explore and savor.

In October, we celebrate a new chapter with the launch of Sweet Note Bakery - a heavenly destination for those who crave something indulgent. Sweet Note will feature pies, delicate French macarons, buttery croissants, artisan breads, cookies, and an array of baked goods, all prepared with the same dedication to quality and craft that defines Simply French. With Sweet Note, we extend our mission to bring joy, flavor,and a touch of French flair into everyday life.
