Cooking sous vide guarantees a moist turkey for Thanksgiving. Our turkey breast is first roasted, then cooked sous vide for 25 hours, and roasted once more. We'll slice it for you, so all you need to do is reheat it with the provided broth. The serving size will be weighed after cooking.
It will be accompanied by gluten-free gravy.
Two pounds of cooked turkey breast will serve 4-6 people.
Four pounds of cooked turkey breast will serve 8-12 people.
