Double crust Beef Bourguignon pie (frozen)

This 9-inch double-crust pie features a puff pastry topping and is filled with beef chuck, ground beef, and a rich red wine & cognac sauce, accompanied by bacon, carrots, mushrooms, and sautéed potatoes. Although the pie is quite saucy, the potatoes may absorb some of the sauce.

The pie is provided frozen and unbaked. For best results, it is advised to thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before baking.

Please note that this pie is not appropriate for those following a gluten-free diet.
