Our seasoned beef roast is cooked sous vide for 36 hours, ensuring it's incredibly tender. The sous vide method retains the moisture, so the meat remains succulent even when reheated. We thinly slice the beef and layer it in an 8-inch sub, topped with shredded Swiss cheese. Accompanying the sandwich are house-made seasoned baked potato wedges. Au jus and béarnaise sauces are provided on the side for dipping at your leisure. To complete the meal on a sweet note, a mini house-made brownie is included.
