Four large all butter croissants or 10 mini croissants

Our 3.1 oz all-butter croissants are baked fresh daily before the store opens. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend reheating them slightly in the oven or air fryer for a few minutes. They are also available frozen for you to bake at your leisure. Please note that while a fresh croissant is unparalleled, home ovens lack the power and steam injection capabilities of our commercial ovens. Like the French, croissants can be quite sensitive to air humidity!

Our mini croissants (1 oz) are the perfect snack size  for the kids, make fancy lunch boxes…when indulging on a large croissant is too much. Imagine waking up the family with the smell of freshly baked croissants on the weekend ..
