Beef Stroganoff with egg wide noodles or zoodles (mushroom or no mushroom)

Beef Stroganoff is a Russian dish of sautéed pieces of beef served in a sauce with smetana (sour cream). From its origins in mid-19th-century Russia, it has become popular around the world, with considerable variation from the original recipe. Our version included onions, mushrooms in a creamy sour cream sauce with beef chuck  that is braised  to attain the “melt in your mouth“ factor! Choose between egg wide noodles or zoodles Gluten-free friendly when choosing zoodles as your side dish

 We understand that mushroom are not the kids and sometimes adults favorite veggies so you can choose to have them on the side or removed completely if you wish  

To balance this rich dish, roasted carrots will be served on the side 

serving size : 5 oz of cooked beef, 1 cup of pasta or zoodles , 3 oz of carrots on the side ,
