Beef tips and gravy, buttermilk mashed potato, maple glazed carrots (GF)

Beef tips are slowly cooked in a sauce made of onions, carrots, celery, red wine, and more until a melt-in-your-mouth texture is attained! To soak up all of the juices of our luscious gravy, a buttermilk mashed potato will be served on the side with maple glazed carrots to counterbalance the earthy tones of the beef tips.
