Pork carnitas enchiladas verde

Our pork carnitas are slow-cooked with cumin, coriander, oranges, onions, and garlic to create a flavorful and tender dish. We then roast the pork to perfection for that irresistible crispy texture. Each enchilada is hand-rolled with a blend of cotija and mozzarella cheese, then smothered in our creamy green enchilada sauce and topped with even more cheese. Finally, we bake it to perfection and leave it up to you to simply reheat. Our large flour tortillas allow for two enchiladas per serving, while the smaller corn tortillas make for three. And for those avoiding gluten, our corn tortillas make this dish a gluten-free friendly option.
