Vegetarian Lasagna regular - family & one serving (frozen)

Sauteed onions, garlic , bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes & spinach are cooked in a seasoned tomato sauce, with layers of creamy bechamel (no ricotta), cheese and pasta.
These lasagna come in 1 serving (a hungry one serving) or family size (serves 4-5 people) perfect to have in the freezer. While this frozen meal can be cooked straight from the freezer, we suggest thawing it overnight in the fridge for optimal taste and texture.
