Sauteed onions, garlic , bell peppers, zucchini and eggplants are cooked in a seasoned tomato sauce, with layers of creamy bechamel (no ricotta), cheese and pasta.
These lasagna are 1 serving, perfect to have in the freezer. While this frozen meal can be cooked straight from the freezer, we suggest thawing it overnight in the fridge for optimal taste and texture.
